Company Information
Founded in 1998, Commission Junction, a ValueClick company, is based in Santa Barbara, California and has offices around the world. Since our inception, we have taken great pride in being customer service fanatics while establishing ourselves as a global leader in the online advertising channel of affiliate marketing.

In 2001, we made a revolutionary move by publishing the performance metrics of all advertisers, publishers, and ads within our network, the CJ Marketplace. This approach provided both advertisers and publishers for the first time a way to gauge the value of their existing and potential relationships based on two key metrics – average earnings per 100 clicks (EPC) and network earnings – and fundamentally took affiliate marketing to the next level.

Today Commission Junction continues to move forward by offering a full suite of value-added services to customize its affiliate marketing solutions, as well as dedicated support for top-performing publishers. And yes, we remain customer service fanatics.





Kerri Pollard
General Manager

As general manager of Commission Junction, Pollard's primary responsibility is to oversee the operations of Commission Junction's U.S. offices located in Santa Barbara, CA; Boston, MA; San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; and Westlake Village, CA.
Pollard originally joined affiliate marketing solutions provider BeFree in 1999 prior to its acquisition by ValueClick and subsequent merger with Commission Junction in 2003. During her eight-year tenure with BeFree and Commission Junction, she managed the teams responsible for advertiser and publisher client development and introduced such initiatives as the CJ Performer™, a program that facilitates strategic relationships between top-performing publishers and key advertisers.
In her most recent role as Vice President of Client Development-East, Pollard managed the East Coast account teams responsible for Commission Junction's top-performing clients. Prior to Commission Junction, Pollard operated in a sales capacity at consulting firm Keane, Inc., and at i-Cube (now Avenue A/Razorfish).
She has a bachelor's degree from Ohio University.

Dave Osman
Senior Vice President, Operations
Dave Osman oversees product management and CJ Media™. His strong operational and strategic development experience make him a key member of the executive team.
Since joining Commission Junction in 2003, Osman has been responsible for running the advertiser account management teams on both the East and West Coasts and has played an integral role in developing strategic partnerships with advertisers and publishers.
Prior to Commission Junction, Osman was the vice president of sales and marketing at On Sport, where he was responsible for sales and marketing operations for U.S., Asia and Europe.
Osman holds a bachelor's degree from Antioch University and an MBA from the University of La Verne.

Kim Riedell

Kim Riedell oversees publisher client account management nationwide and advertiser client account management on the east coast for Commission Junction. She joined Commission Junction from BeFree when the two companies merged in 2003 and has since managed account teams to consistently and strategically grow client revenue. Prior to Commission Junction, Riedell was a director at Student Advantage and has held numerous sales and marketing positions at Lightbridge and MCI Telecommunications.
She has a bachelor's degree from the University of New 
Hampshire and an MBA from the Simmons College School of Management.
Jennifer Lovette
Vice President, Client Development – West
With ten years of media experience on both the agency and advertiser side, Jennifer Lovette manages operations for Commission Junction's advertiser and agency client base on the West Coast, and oversees Marketing and Support Operations. Her previous role as an account manager in the field gives her firsthand knowledge of strategically growing successful affiliate programs for our clients. Prior to joining Commission Junction, she was with Safeway Marketing Services where she developed targeted marketing campaigns based on consumers' behavioral shopping profiles.
She has a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University
Anders Bjoras
Vice President, Engineering

Anders Bjoras leads Commission Junction's engineering team. He joined the company in 1999 and shaped the direction and development of its technology. Prior to Commission Junction, Bjoras was a technology consultant for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
He graduated with a degree in computer science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
