How precious life is

Things to ponder how precious life is

Perhaps it is one of the most beautiful acts of love we have ever seen when a Philippines man Rowden  Go and Leizl had a lovely little girl, truly loved each other, and decided to tie a knot on his birthday which was on July 8, 2014. Then a twist of fate, Rowden got diagnosed with stage IV liver cancer in late May. His last request was to marry his one true love. After 12hours of preparations, his dream was fulfilled. Unable to take him outside the hospital, we brought the church to him. It was like a heartbreaking fairytale.

As for Rowden’s last request as we can watch in this beautiful video

A Wedding That Will Move You: Rowden & Leizel

Rowden wished to marry his sweetheart, and the love of his life. However , by July 8th Rowden was too weak, and sick to leave the hospital, so his family prepared the wedding ceremony in the hospital. They managed to pull it all together in a mere 12 hours. For the bride, and family, the tears they shed are bitter sweet as they relish, and make the most of every moment of life they have with Rowden. This is such a reminder how precious life is, and how we should live every moment to the fullest. It’s also a lesson we can learn that even on a person’s death bed something wonderful can still take place.

Sadly within 10 hours of exchanging his marriage vows with his bride Rowden passed away. He may be gone, but he is still having an impact on this world. Their devotion and sweet love was such a beautiful thing to cherish and  witness!

Rowden Go, at the age of 29-years old, passed away on June 11, 2014. Less than 10hours after he said his vows.

He is survived by his wife Leizel May, daughter Zakiah Rowzel, mother Lorelei, and brothers Hasset & Hisham.

May God Bless, and comfort the family. Rest in Peace Rowden Go.
