Second, visit http://www.facebook.com/yahooshine, “like” the page, and follow the directions to enter the Sweepstakes. You will be required to provide your email address.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the holder of the Yahoo! ID, dispute will be resolved in favor of the individual who is both the authorized holder of the Yahoo! ID and password associated with the account (based upon information submitted at the time the account was created or updated upon registration for this Sweepstakes) and, if available, the "authorized email account holder" of the “alternate email address” provided when the Yahoo! ID was created. "Authorized email account holder" is defined as the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (i.e., business, educational institution) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. 4. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a trip for two to Las Vegas, NV. Prize package includes round trip coach class air transportation for two from a major U.S. airport close to winner’s home (carrier and airport to be selected by Sponsor) to Las Vegas, NV; hotel accommodations (one room, standard, double occupancy) for three (3) nights; round-trip airport transfers from Las Vegas airport to hotel; two (2) concert tickets to a concert of winner’s choice, subject to availability; two (2) spa treatments (valued at up to $400 each) at the hotel spa; and $300 cash for meals and other activities. Approximate retail value of Prize: $4,995.00. Prize value may vary depending upon the actual cost of air transportation from point of departure and accommodations at time of reservation).
Except as specifically provided herein, prize does not include taxes, insurance, telephone charges, personal expenses, travel arrangements between winner’s home and U.S. airport of departure, ground transportation, gratuities, passenger facility charges (PFCs), departure taxes, incidental charges, or any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Concert is subject to change and/or cancellation. Winner will be required to choose three desired departure dates, in order of preference, and will be notified of confirmation within 30 days of travel. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to circumstances beyond Promotion Entities’ control. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same dates, itinerary, and fare class. All travel awarded in this Sweepstakes must be completed within one year after prize is awarded. Potential winners will be notified via email, U.S. mail, telephone and/or by overnight courier. Each prize winner may be required to sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) and provide any additional information (such as social security number), that may be required by Promotion Entities. Except where prohibited by law, potential winners must return all such required documents within seven (7) days following attempted notification or prize may be forfeited. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or inability of Promotion Entities to contact a potential winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing. If applicable, winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 which documents the value of the prize for tax purposes.
