BALI, INDONESIA -- -- In order to launch the resort and start building a relationship with the travel industry players, Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort presented "Sheraton Friends Gathering" on Thursday 21 March 2013, attended by more than 150 professionals from travel industry. The honored guests were also hosted by the resort's management team with a variety of entertainments and signature Sunset Gathering culinary rituals while admiring the mesmeric beauty of Kuta Beach and the astonishing sunset from the elevated location at the resort's Lounge and Social Courtyard.

To start the evening, guests were welcomed to The Lounge by the melodious voice floated from the Pacific Jazz Diva, Michelle Rounds, followed by the stylish lounge and chill-out tunes performed by resident DJ as part of the Sunset Gathering's entertainments which also added the warm-filled nuances to begin the gathering event by enjoying the finest collections of Starwood Wines of the World and delectable Italian style canapés presented by Bene, resort's signature Italian tratorria, while soaking up the last sun rays at the southern part of Bali island.

Located above beach walk, an open-air shopping complex featuring over 200 luxurious retail shops and entertainments, Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort further introduced the resort through the 'Sheraton Journey', a personalized tour focused on storytelling about the resort's design, culinary world and decoration concepts, while networking with fellow travel partners. The tour took the guests to various facilities of the resort and the guest rooms' uninterrupted views of Bali Strait and Indian Ocean left the guests with a clear imprint of what Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort is doing -- creating the new Kuta experience.

While enjoying the spectacular sunset at the resort's renowned garden and poolside area, Social Courtyard, guests were also made amazed by a special world cultural dance performances from six different countries choreographed solely to interpret the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort's vision to be the best gathering place for travelers around the world.
