Hotels Association collaborated with MarkPLus Institute to organize a training session for its members
on how to deliver WOW services and create a more visible online reputation with
a digital marketing platform. This intensive 2 day training initiative took place
on the 24th & 25th April 2014 at the Harris Bukit Jimbaran Bali. It was
attended by General Managers, EAM’s, Food & Beverage Directors, Sales and
Marketing Executives and representatives from other related hotel departments.
Facilitated by Bayu
Asmara – CEO, MarkPlus Institue of Marketing together with Reza Sunardi –
Executive Assistant Manager of Padma Resort Bali, this highly anticipated
training session was attended by 28 participants. It covered topics such as WOW
Service - How to WOW Your Customers Through Care, understanding digital
customer behaviour, marketing strategies, goal and tracking. Other areas dealt
with included getting insight from target audiences, media planning and
budgeting.

preparing to launch in the near future as well as the rapid growth in digital
marketing, it is important for us to stay competitive with a solid
understanding of this new direction. Taking this into consideration, Bali
Hotels Association would like to ensure that all of its members have access to
the best resources and training by bringing in experts from a premier Marketing
Institute,” comments Alessandro Migliore, Chairman of Bali Hotels Association.
